Overview

MCN is a cystic tumor, almost exclusively in women, tail of pancreas.

Symptoms

• •Abdominal pain
• •Palpable mass
• •Usually asymptomatic

Diagnosis

• ✓CT/MRI
• ✓EUS-FNA
• ✓Cyst fluid CEA high
• ✓No communication with duct

Treatments

• →Surgical resection (distal pancreatectomy)
